Portrait Of A Black Businesswoman In Office

Meet David

As I reflect on my ministry journey, I’m reminded that none of it was part of my original plan. In the early years, I had no idea where God would lead me or how much He would stretch me beyond my own abilities. What began as a simple desire to serve has grown into a lifetime of building up others, especially those serving in ministry themselves.

Over the years, I’ve had the unbelievable honor of serving some of the most innovative churches in America. From my time as a high school pastor at Perimeter Church (PCA) in Atlanta to serving at Irving Bible Church in the DFW area, to most recently leading Next Gen ministry and helping architect a house church movement at 12Stone Church in Atlanta, I’ve been humbled to work alongside some of the most strategic and visionary leaders in the country.

My heart has always been drawn to relationships—whether it’s investing in youth, developing leaders, or walking alongside pastors who feel worn out, lonely, or discouraged. I’ve seen firsthand how critical it is to care for the souls of those in ministry. The weight of responsibility can often lead to burnout, isolation, and a loss of identity. Having experienced some of these struggles myself has only deepened my desire to offer support where it’s most needed.

Looking back, I see that every step of the way has been about staying close to God, even in moments of inadequacy or uncertainty. It’s in those times of quiet trust and unhurried time with Him that He has shaped both me and the work I’ve been part of. My hope has always been to serve others with humility, helping them lead from a place of strength in God, rather than relying solely on their own efforts.

Above all, I am grateful for my family. My wife, Julie, continues to be my best friend and partner in everything. We have four children and are the proud Mimi and Papa to ten grandchildren. I know—it’s crazy, but it’s the greatest joy.

All is grace.

We can help.
